The staff should have all materials on their truck to do most of the simple jobs if needed. I inquired about the insulation around the outside pipes that has peeled. The tech agreed that it should be replaced but he didn't have insulation on his truck because that is something that is done during the spring check. I just feel that regardless of the season if something needs to be address then it should be taken care of during the current visit. But anyway, thanks for your continued professional staff.
